I had been purchasing the canned “Holy Cow” beef for a couple of years in person at Ancilla and was glad to learn about their website and frozen products.  My family always loved the meals we fixed with the canned product and now we can add to that the roasts, steaks, and ground beef we keep in the freezer!  We can’t wait to try BBQing the brisket we just ordered.
 
In addition to the cuts being good (the ground beef is nicely lean and does not cook down much at all), we appreciate that it’s locally grown and all natural yet reasonably priced.  We like it enough that we give it as Christmas gifts to our friends and family (would you prefer another tie or the centerpiece of a tasty meal or two?).
 
If you are in the area it’s easy to load your virtual shopping cart, pay with a credit card, and then swing by the Motherhouse building to pick up your order.  Highly recommended.
